A fusion of hysteresis control and tip speed ratio (TSR) control based on power co-efficient curve is proposed to efficiently track the maximum power from the wind energy systems. The superior performance of the proposed controller with maximum power point tracking (MPPT) is proved by mathematical modelling of the system using MatLab. The detailed analysis confirm that the proposed controller yields low THD with short settling tie and minimized steady state error compared with conventional PI controller.Item type | Current location | Call number | Status | Date due | Barcode | Item holds |
